  The guys came, said they didn’t have the right equipment for the job, said their boss would call to reschedule, then left. I had to take time off work for this appointment they canceled last minute. Not only that, but they didn’t ever call to reschedule. I had to call to make sure I wasn’t being charged and the folks on the phone didn’t know what was going on. Person on the phone said they’d call me back to get it cleared up, but I never heard from them. The quality of their work is probably decent but they need to be more respectful of customers’ time and come prepared.

  This company is wonderful. He was at my neighbors and I went over and ask for a card to schedule a service call to have my dryer vent cleaned and the gentleman said he’d do it that day. I was pleasantly surprised. He did a thorough job and his price was well below estimates I had gotten last year. I typically prefer to use small family businesses as I grew up in a family that had our own business. My father’s motto was- “a satisfied customer is worth thousands of dollars of advertising.” And count me as a satisfied customer.

  I scheduled Clean Air Pros to clean all my vents and deodorize the system. As you can see in the photos that I took afterwards they didn’t do a very good job of cleaning the system and also did not deodorize the system. I was on vacation at the time so I wasn’t at the house when they were there. I’m looking for a trustworthy company to handle the 20 plus homes I manage and this is not the company I would trust.

  Multiple cleanings done by these guys at multiple houses! Each one, the attention to detail is the reason I continue to call back. I really appreciate the ease of scheduling and prompt communication and follow up after each project

  Unfortunately the boys who are not certified to do this type of work decided it was too much trouble to show identification on this job after arriving NOT on TIME in a van that doesn't even have company logo in it. Glad you left. I already know it would have been half baked job. I will not be calling you for any other homes I need cleaned.
