  We had a great experience with Clean Air Pros. Our technician, Adam was very informative, and explained how he would clean out our dryer vents. We also very much appreciated the pictures that he took so we could see what was clogging the vent.

  This is the first time I've used Clean Air Pros. I attempted to schedule through the website, but the form would not submit (I attempted twice from scratch). So I called and texted. I was able to speak to someone promptly and schedule service. They gave me a ballpark estimate and said the final estimate would be discussed by the tech at the appointment. (The website advertised duct and dryer vent cleaning for $374. The website should be clearer that this is only an example price for simple systems. It is hard not to feel unhappy when the website advertises one price, and you get told another one, but I understood. Final price below.) The techs had been double booked, but we were able to get started an hour earlier than scheduled. They immediately got to work, no estimate given. Must have been a misunderstanding. The industrial vacuum ("Bertha") stayed on the ground floor while they worked on the ducts on the second and third floors. All our returns are on the ground floor. The guys who came out were working hard even despite a recent knee injury. (I hope the meniscus heals well for you!) Once they finished with the ground floor, I asked about before and after photos. They said they would upload them later in the day and I would have access to them. I still have not seen any, it's the next day now. I checked my email (and junk), and any texted links. The last task was to clean the dryer vent. They did this from the outside of the house. Nothing was disassembled or inspected from inside the house. I hope the whole vent and hose were well-cleaned, they are long and bendy, but it's hard to know. Lots of lint was all over the side yard when they left, so a cleaning was certainly needed. Since I didn't have an estimate for the work, the fellows gave us a 10% discount, which was nice. For 18 registers and dryer vent cleaning, it was $545 (with tax) plus an additional ~$16 for paying via card. (You don't have to pay via card.) I'm not a duct cleaning professional and I gave the guys space to do their work, so I probably didn't see everything. This is what I saw done and not done. If something was unwitnessed by me, I assume it was done. (If something unwitnessed wasn't done, I assume it wasn't necessary for our system.) DONE: • HEPA Vacuum Extraction: Main duct connection using a 2,500 CFM Nikro commercial negative air vacuum with 99.97% HEPA filtration. • Air-Sweep Vent Cleaning: High-pressure compressed air tools driven through each register to dislodge debris into negative pressure lines. • Vent Hose & Duct Cleaning: Remove lint and debris from the dryer vent hose and ductwork using professional dryer vent brushes and vacuum equipment. • Vent Path Identification: Locate and verify the dryer vent route from the appliance to the exterior vent termination. Did not see: • HVAC Inspection: Visual assessment of heating/cooling unit exterior, interior, filter, and blower. • Register Sealing: Temporary sealing of vents to establish maximum negative pressure airflow. • System Test Run: Operational check to ensure HVAC system functions smoothly upon completion. • Main Trunk Line Cleaning: High-pressure air scrubbing throughout main supply and return trunk lines. • Airtight Reassembly: Access points sealed with code- compliant, airtight plates per NADCA standards. • System Inspection: Inspect the dryer vent system for lint buildup, restrictions, and potential issues. • Airflow Verification: Reassemble the system and verify proper airflow and dryer operation. Airflow is measured using an airflow sensor to confirm an exit velocity of greater than 1,400 feet per minute. Not done: • Protective Setup: Placement of floor and wall barriers to protect your property. • Jobsite Clean Up & Photos: Work area thoroughly cleaned; before-and-after photos provided upon request. • Site Cleanup: All work areas are cleaned, and debris is removed upon completion. That was the experience, our first time getting ducts/vents cleaned. I don't know if my expectations were unreasonable. I hope everything's well-cleaned, because it wasn't cheap.

  Absolutely recommended! This was my first time cleaning my vents, in about 8 years… My Dad handled all the house stuff… He is no longer here, however I am absolutely thankful that there are still good people and companies here in Columbus. Clean Air Pros came through and absolutely got the job done. Donald explained the process, while checking out the locations of my vents. This guy is top tier! They came in and suck everything out! It was quick and all I had to do was get out of the way! Pictures are everything and yes they provide that as well! Definitely glad I went with Clean Air Pros, definitely will be hiring again in the future! Thank you for a fabulous job!

  The before and after pictures were amazing! Who would know so much dust and debris collects in the vents. I am already breathing better and less dust collecting on the furniture. Professional and wonderful employees made my home great again.

  Adam did an amazing job cleaning the air ducts in our home. He was incredibly detailed and made sure every vent was spotless. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. He was professional, friendly, and explained what he was doing along the way. Our house feels fresher, and I would happily recommend Adam and his team to anyone looking for air duct cleaning.
