- MSMark SullivanAug 24, 20265.0If you are looking for a pool company, look no further than Serenity Pools! As new pool owners, we’ve had plenty of questions and a lot to learn, and they have always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. The quality of their work has been excellent, and they consistently take the time to answer our questions and make sure everything is taken care of properly. It has been especially great working with Bart, Sheryl, and the entire Serenity Pools family. They genuinely care about their customers, are always willing to help, and have made the experience of becoming new pool owners so much easier and more enjoyable. We are grateful to have found a company we can trust and rely on. We highly recommend Serenity Pools to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and customer-focused pool company!
- CHCasey HanksJun 26, 20265.0I literally couldn’t recommend Serenity Pools and Bart enough. He is professional, communicative and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He installed a salt water system for us and repiped our current setup. He showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job. A rare breed in the construction industry!
- DFDeborah FosterJun 30, 20245.0Serenity Pools was awesome to work with. They made installing a pool a very easy process! We loved working with Adam and Bart. They were always available when we had questions. When they tell you 7 days from start to finish weather permiting they mean it. We are so glad we went with this company!! We love our new pool!!
- DTDennis TrescottMay 16, 20245.0Hands down the best experience! From their promptness with getting back to us with a quote to their impeccable professionalism, I would recommend this pool company to anyone. They followed through with everything they said on day 1, including the timeline. We signed our contract at the end of May last year and we were swimming in our pool by the end of summer!
