I have been with A-l for over a year, they are always professional and nice, but Logan went above and beyond to educate me on the mice, like how they may be getting in and since I run a home daycare he told me about a "rock" outside station that it would blend in, instead of the big black one that everyone knows what it is lol. Thank You Logan, please come back on the next appointment!

Our technician’s name was Matthew Phibs and he got it done! He arrived on time, was fast and efficient and ready to share his knowledge about anything pest-related. Great service all around!

We engaged this company last week for the removal of a yellow jackets nest. Kenneth Brock came out, and it seems that he successfully removed the nest. However, his approach was not positive. When he arrived, my husband tried to explain the location of the nest to him. Kenneth Brock appeared uninterested and asked for a credit card which he scanned before any work was done. Huge Turnoff!!!!! It turned out that the nest was built inside an empty box on the back porch. He didn't bother to dispose of the box once the nest was destroyed but left it shattered and left in a hurry. Furthermore, he left our gate entrance wide open! He got stung but this could have been avoided if he had come to our house in full gear. We had made the appointment the day before and had informed the phone operator that we have a bee's or wasp's nest, and that my husband got stung about 14 times. This company seems to be mostly interested in upfront payment without listening to the customer. Needless to say, we are not going to engage A1 Able Pest Docs again. UPDATE: James came out today and removed the box. He also took a good look around our yard.

Logan was very professional identified the types of bees at my home. He successfully removed 2/3 nests. 3rd was too far out of reach. Checked with me at each section (location) to provide update and progress. Identified concern for neighbor children's safety to go inside while dealing with situation. Will be only person I use in future should the need arise.
