I found a loveseat and wanted a matching couch which they didn't have and didn't want to pay full price. My saleswoman found the matching couch in Kentucky and had it shipped to Akron to be delivered with the loveseat...AND got me a great sale price! Love my furniture!

Always listening and as I noticed, when she was at our house, for the complimentary interior Design Service, she was not only very professional but quite observant too. She recommended her suggestions but was never pushy. always taking in account my choices in design & fabrics. We absolutely love Kayla !

He is ordering additional parts to be shipped to me and then I have to schedule a service call. I have had a Laz-Boy electric recliner for 2 weeks. After 4 days the remote control stopped working. Initially they sent a new remote and still not working. Now with additional parts and a service call I will have had the recliner for 4-5 weeks and it has only worked for 4 days. I would be very cautious about spending $2500 on a product with issues immediately. Service has been a 4, quality of product for the price a 1..
