  On the 2nd hot tub from Rainbow 🌈 Spa. Started with a smaller one on a small patio, that they delivered in a good ole Ohio snow storm.(nothing like the pushing it through 2 ft of snow) Flash forward 10+ yrs, got a bigger tub for new house .(old one still going strong) True to form, Ohio dropped another snow storm, this time we delayed them delivering in that just for it to probably be worse with all the new build muddy mess! Appreciate all you do to help tend to our body aches!!

  Had an older Hot tub that quit on me. Wife and I found a great deal at Rainbow 🌈 Spas. Our Sales rep, Austin was the easiest person I have worked with in some time. Great guy, and a shout out to the delivery team. I know that old tub wasn't light. Overall Terrific Experience and definitely already have recommended to a couple folks.

  I can NOT recommend Rainbow Spa. We purchased a Hydropools Swim Spa. From the get go, the swim spa had issues. Leaking jet, fountains not triggering correctly, etc. It took several months to try to get them to service it correctly, which they couldn't. They are good at selling you a hot tub and promising great service, however we got he run around and after 3 years have a swim spa that is not very functional. We have since reached out to Leisuretime spa, and they have been phenomenal at helping to service the unit.
