He ordered a bag of fertilizer, went in to pick it up and asked if someone could help load it into his truck and was told we don’t do that here. They put it in a cart and sent him on his way! This store doesn’t care about Vets or Seniors. The Home Depot on Maxtown offers help without even asking, as well as the Lowes in Mount Vernon so I would have to say it’s the management at this store. They won’t be getting any of my business going forward.

I bought a new washer and dryer, and my in store experience with the associates was amazing. The delivery team came out, and couldn’t get my old washer unhooked, so they couldn’t haul it away, or install my new units. They said someone would come out the next day to fix everything. Once they left I had no further communication from anyone. I called the store the next afternoon since nobody had shown up or called, and nobody answered. I tried contacting the delivery driver, and no luck there. I called the 1-800 number and was pretty much told sorry about your luck, someone will be out tomorrow. The lack of communication, 3 days worth of messing around, causing me to miss work, and oh yeah still not have working appliances is not ok!!! I needed these installed and working by a specific date for a reason! Do better!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
