  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent over an hour at Lowe's trying to purchase a single piece of plywood. Honestly, I think it's impressive that I asked four employees in person for help and even spoke with a customer service representative on the phone, yet after all that, NO ONE was able to help me. I needed my piece of plywood cut to a specific size, so I chose my plank and started looking for an associate. I walked up to an employee who was already helping another customer, expecting to be helped next. Instead, after helping that customer, they simply walked away. No big deal. I figured I'd find someone else. I then went to the checkout area and asked for help. The associate pointed me toward the wood-cutting station and said the saw might be broken, but if it was, there would be a sign posted. I eventually found the saw station and since there wasn't an out of order sign I waited next to it. After about 10 minutes, I waved down another employee and asked for assistance. They told me they didn't work in the lumber department but would send someone over and told me to "stay right there." Shortly afterward, an announcement came over the loudspeaker requesting assistance in the lumber department, so I thought someone would be there soon. After over 30 more minutes of waiting, I called the store. Once I got past the ai, customer service transferred me to the lumber department, where the phone rang and rang without anyone ever answering. All in all, after standing in the exact same spot for over 40 minutes with my piece of plywood, repeatedly asking for assistance, I finally accepted that no one was coming. I went back to the checkout area, where I asked ANOTHER associate for help and was finally told that saw was out of order. It would have been nice if someone had told me that from the beginning instead of wasting over an hour of my time. If the saw is out of service, put up a sign or communicate that to customers. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had.

  This is literally the WORST Lowes in central Columbus. I’ve been a customer for over a decade, spending over 500k per year with Lowes. This location (E. Broad) is as unprofessional as they come. I walk in today to grab sheets of osb and find myself looking everywhere for a flat cart. Not a single one in the store. Walked through 1/2 the parking lot to find only a vertical cart. Anyone who knows anything about sheet goods knows that a flat cart is easier to load and less strenuous to load. Now im stuck using the wrong cart for my stuff, hurting myself loading it alone, then unloading all while 4 pro lowes staff members are just sitting there acting like they dont hear or see me need any help. I walk to ask a member with a mask if this is normal, for the store to not have a single cart inside and she replies with “no sorry we’re busy” like alright i would normally understand but cmon, there was 6 crew members standing around doing absolutely nothing! Whatever, i pay and leave only to return 5 minutes later because i forgot something. Who wouldn't? I was now in a rush after spending my time doing Lowes’ job looking for a cart inside and out. I come back and was having a hard time finding a spray in the paint isle. I ask a blue vest for help because inventory showed 54 and she says to me “what you see is what we have. We don't hide anything.” Then rudely walked away. Old grumpy lady. Anyways, she was helpless so i helped my self again! I found the stock of them all on my own, and guess what. They were hidden in the wrong isle. Another waste of time. An hour and a half later i finally have everything i need but am super late. I had to reschedule important meetings cause of Lowes’ incompetence. Its ridiculous, we go to lowes on our clients dime and time. How is this waste of time fair to us or our clients? This is unacceptable and we will no longer tolerate the disrespect. We are slowly phasing out of Lowes. This relationship is one side and we’re done. No respect at all. All i ask for is for the little things, a competent staff that respects our time. We need to be in and out of Lowes. Not spending over an hour dealing with finding carts or merchandise. There are alot of other suppliers and we will be taking our 500k per year over to them instead. Because this isn’t the only waste of time ive had with them. From cancelling orders to not having in stock product's on the shelves, arrogant comments from the staff. We’re done.

  The literal worst customer service at a Lowe's that I've ever had. No matter what time I come, this place puts me in a bad mood. The employees are useless, accusatory, rude and unhelpful.

  Both Ashanti and Dyani were extremely helpful! Ashanti helped me locate items to fix where my sump pump lets out and Dyani taught me how to adjust the number of boxes I was purchasing at the scanner so I didn’t have to scan a million times. Really appreciated the help. It would’ve been a much longer home improvement run without them.
