    It’s not the Pro check out it’s called the “slow” check out lol I love waiting 20 min while some other customer walks all over the store trying to find the UPC for the price of wood he brought up to buy Update still here 15 minutes later Third edit cashier apologize profusely that her computer was acting up, but the problem was there are six other computers there and other people working they finally brought somebody down to open up another register 30 minutes after the problems with the first register the management when there’s a problem with checkout address it immediately instead of making people wait for 30 minutes before you finally get off your rear end and open another lane very poor Management but I guess that’s what we get these days

    Don’t ever have this location deliver something to your home. Twice we’ve now been burnt by excessively delayed deliveries, runaround, and inconsistent communication among different departments as to when we’ll receive the product we’ve already paid for. The most recent was for a patio set we specifically went with because they had the color in stock. Lowes set the delivery date for 3 days after the purchase, then sold the pieces we already paid for and now 2 weeks later we have still not received our table. Additionally we were not contacted with a new delivery date for either the table nor chairs and had to scramble to have someone accept the chair delivery while we were on vacation. (A full week after the chairs were supposed to arrive) I’ve also been hung up on twice by customer service despite polite inquiry into the issue (and once after a long hold they just picked and hung up) and I’m truly at a loss as to why this has been such a mess. Sadly the AI bot has been the most pleasant thing to interact with. No compensation, no apology, barely any communication at all. Who knows when we’ll get our table.

    Great selection and prices ... but as with *all* stores of it's kind, no employees to be found to ask questions or get help finding things. Again, no worse than any other big home improvement store ... but still disappointing.

    I went to two different Lowe's this day. At the Silver Drive location, Daniel help with our order. He was very knowledgeable about what were were looking for. He also helped us load it into our car. We were able to put the shelf in easily. Each time I have gone to this location the staff has been very helpful. I also went to the Easton location and well I am returning what I purchased because it was the wrong items needed for the other project. The person was very helpful though.

    I visited today to have truck keys copied, but the staff refused to help. When I complained, the manager waved it off as a “stressful day.” That’s no excuse—customers deserve proper service, and employees should be honest and do their jobs. I’m very disappointed and will not return.
