- JCJosh ConwayAug 24, 20261.0CEO seems very rude and inconsiderate of his clients.
- AAAmilaAug 5, 20263.0Quality of the couch is amazing! Love how we can wash the covers. However, moving it around is a PAIN. We got a new rug and had to undo the couch to move it bc it’s too heavy to push and due to the slabs on the bottom.

- MJMarcus JahnkeAug 15, 20205.0This store has given me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The man I spoke with today was extremely helpful and friendly! I will certainly be buying a Lovesac after the experience. I absolutely recommend stoping by (currently by appointment only) if you're curious about Lovesac. To the guy I spoke with today: thank you for everything! I really appreciated it!
