- AAAMIEE5 days ago5.0I went to the Sullivant Ave location and the 2ladies working there are incredibly kind and helpful. The facility is very well maintained and clean. While I was there the staff was constantly moving- cleaning machines, helping customers and working the registers. I used to go to a laundromat in Grove City but this is my new spot.

The staff is always friendly, especially Melissa, who greets customers with a smile as soon as they walk in. She truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Even when someone may be having a bad day, Melissa’s kindness and positive attitude help make the experience a little better. Her friendliness and professionalism do not go unnoticed. Although Laundrmax’s prices are slightly higher compared to some other laundromats nearby, they offer many discount specials that help make up for the difference in cost. Overall, I would definitely recommend this laundromat to others.

No matter how busy they are they try to make it as good of an experiance as possible. These two young ladies just went above and beyond and having one of the worst weeks in the longest time lifted my spirits at the same time and that takes alot. Thanks again for the great service.

It’s not often you find customer service this good, especially at a laundromat. Nicci truly made the experience feel welcoming and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Laundromax to others because of her outstanding service!
