- MZMac Zafarana3 days ago2.0Nothing against this specific location, but I was just surprised at how disappointing the product was. You think La-Z-Boy and you think super comfy and almost excessive, but all the chairs we tried felt cheap and were $100s more than comparables at Pottery Barn or Wayfair. The atmosphere unfortunately feels like a dead store: empty parking lot, 2 employees, and no visual merchandising–just a bunch of chairs and couches in a big room.
- ACAbby C.Aug 23, 20265.0We stopped in to check out Loveseats and a recliner for my husband. We were greeted by Doug Kay when we entered the store. We told him we were just looking and he said let me know if you have any questions. So we started browsing. Doug did not hover over us he truly let us browse. At one point he mentioned that there were other options for fabric on a chair we were kind of coming back to a couple times. Long story short, we found a loveseat that I liked and a chair both my husband and I liked. So we got them ordered. Doug was extremely helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciate. I don't deal with a hard sell approach. We considered the fabric choices and settled on what I liked. Doug was very patient as I weighed the different colors back and forth. He even noticed that my husband had a cain and suggested a riser for the chair and after trying it we decided to get that for his chair. So we are expecting our new pieces in early October. Was a great shopping experience. Thanks, Doug!

They said they would put something in for service. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything. Bottom line: La-Z-Boy wants to sell you their expensive furniture, but they don't stand behind their product and they don't care if it's damaged in transit.
