My grandmother was needing A lift Chair because she is getting Surgery And there was a white guy and a lightskin guy there that day. the lightskin guy said he could get me the chair ready for delivery in the Fabric my grandmother wanted then said he could give me free delivery and a extra 5% but the other guy that was working said the chair did not come in that fabric for that chair. After that the lightskin worker just had a Attitude and was trying to send me to a different store and said look online and Just sat there and not spoke to us for the rest of the time we was looking. That experience was so Frustrating and Unprofessional

He was nice , but I couldn't take the smell And asking him about recliners was like pulling teeth. He didn't know very much And just Seemed irritate LIKE I was bothering him so he had to call another guy over To help him HOW IS HE Management ?????? So I said you know what I'm just gonna go somewhere else And I did [Morris Home Furniture] Spent $12,000. I was referred to EASTON LAZ-BOY by my grandfather and I was highly disappointed
