There is no way to reach them directly and they push you to the website. I emailed them about the continuous website issue and their feedback was to refresh and reload, as opposed to calling me for the order. This was only a $1000 order but was a big deal to me as the customer. So I gave up and have started a new search.

So I bought several bags to mulch other places in my yard. No harsh smell and not the staining I have had with other mulch. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend kurtz bros for any mulch projects.
