  I purchased a shelf online and when it arrived it was thicker than I wanted so I went yesterday to return in store. The cashier told me I could only get a merchandise credit but I had my receipt and card used. She called over what I assume the manager and she told me since I purchased online I could only get a store credit. I told her no where does it say a store credit on online purchases. She told me all stores are like this and I explained I have never had an issue and I would either like it back on my card or cash back but I would not take a store credit. She then proceeded to tell the cashier to just give me cash so that I shut up. I will never shop at this location again because they clearly are lacking in the customer service department.

  The assistant manager of this store, Brandon, is probably the kindest and most helpful young man I have ever met in my 45 years of shopping :) I recently had a loss in my family and he stood there with me for 20 minutes just talking me through it all. He even helped me move a heavy mirror from the register to my car! It is such a breath of fresh air to find someone like this… If I wasn’t double his age, I would have asked for his number!! I will most definitely be returning to this store soon and asking for Brandon to help me find what I need! The higher-ups at Hobby Lobby must be doing a fantastic job if these are the type of people that they are attracting to work for their company.

  What can I say? Hobby Lobby is, by far, the one store I can get lost in for hours! Just when you think you've seen it all—nope, there is always more. They are absolutely on it when it comes to every holiday. The seasonal items are out way before the holiday even arrives, giving you plenty of time to grab your decorations. Plus, they are always running great sales, and their items aren't overly expensive to begin with. As soon as those doors slide open, I'm hit with that feeling of home. The smells and the scenery bring an all-over warm feeling. This store in particular is still fairly new; it's always well-stocked and constantly finding new ways to attract customers. To be honest, I've never met a rude worker at Hobby Lobby. For the most part, they are always hard at work stocking shelves or checking people out. You can really tell they take pride in their store, their community, and their jobs. It's also one of the few places closed on Sundays, and for a very good reason—I love that about them. If it brings comfort and beauty to your home, this Hobby Lobby has it: birthdays, crafts, baking, metal art, pictures galore, flowers, and even bedsheets! They always have cool kids' things, too. There is truly something for everyone, even the men—my husband can spend just as much time in there as I do! I will forever shop at Hobby Lobby, and I hope they stick around for years to come.   This place has everything and after visiting several times to buy picture frames and decorations here I finally used their bathroom today for my first time - it was literally the cleanest public restroom I'd ever set foot in which was so appreciated. Lots of seasonal items as well so if you need anything for graduation presents or the USA's upcoming 250th birthday on 7/4/26 definitely swing by🛍️👍🏼
