  We feel very fortunate to have wandered into Fine Home Furnishings - Polaris while looking to replace a living room chair. The staff is so different from what we had experienced in other stores: friendly, knowledgeable, caring, not pushy. After a successful chair delivery we bought two full rooms of furniture at the same time: main bedroom and great room. We were nervous about such a large delivery, but it went so well - the delivery staff was equally caring and careful. The furniture looks perfect in our home - thanks in large part to all the members of the in-store team, including the owners, who worked so patiently with us. A manufacturer issue unrelated to the quality of the furniture was resolved proactively and quickly. We most definitely found our furniture store!
