Hands down the easiest storage experience I've had. The facility is clean, well-lit, and feels secure every time I visit. The team here genuinely goes above and beyond. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Drive-up access is super convenient, and I love that I can get in when I need to. If you're looking for storage on the east side of Columbus, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Rented a unit here earlier this week and the whole thing took maybe ten minutes start to finish. No hassle, no pushy sales stuff, just got me set up and on my way.
I'll admit I messed up and picked the wrong type of unit that just didn’t work for what I actually had. Called and let Dennis know and he fixed it right on the spot. Switched me to the right unit in like two minutes, didn't make me feel dumb about it either.
Prices are fair and the people working there actually seem to care. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage in the area.
