We needed a storage unit to fit our toolbox and I was wrongfully informed about the details. However, Marvin at the Kenny rd location was an incredible soul and assisted us every step of the way getting a unit that fit our needs. CANNOT recommend this location enough!! 11/10 service!

Had a great experience using Extra Space Storage. Their prices were competitive and the front office was a pleasure to speak with. Marvin was helpful, courteous and seemed to genuinely want to make your experience wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I was in need of a short term storage unit.

Renting here was a terrible decision. My monthly rent QUADRUPLED in less than 2 years to over $320 for a 10x15 non-climate controlled unit.) This was over double the local market rate. I knew renting was month-to-month and some increases were expected but I found out their sheer greed was astounding. They offered to renegotiate the price once I complained & gave my move-out notice. Too late! This company is predatory. The intro/promo price is a known ruse. AVOID this company!
