What a great job. I’ve always used steam cleaning but never again! The carpets look amazing and we didn’t have to spend 2 days tip toeing around waiting to dry. The process was more efficient and came out better. Bill was great and checking in along the way to ensure it was what I wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

With busy lives and a dog that sheds like crazy, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when getting our carpets cleaned. The all natural non toxic product that Brilliant Dry Carpet Cleaning uses was like magic! Our carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 2 years and wow! What a difference. I highly recommend their service and as long as we live in New Albany, Columbus, or even Central Ohio, I’ll be using these guys! Extremely professional, on time, and very hard working! They went over any problem areas multiple times to get the best results. This is by far the best carpet cleaning company in Columbus! Thank you Brilliant Dry Carpet Cleaning!

Carpet looks no different than before it was cleaned. The couple high traffic area stains by the entryway almost have a yellow orange tinge to them now, and were in no way removed or lightened. There were quite a few clumps of orange powder left over that I had to clean myself. Very sad to go through that much personal work, spend more money then I would have with other, non green companies to receive such poor results.

I have white carpets with old pets stains that I tried everything to get the stains and smells out of , including purchasing a expensive home steam cleaner...nothing worked! William was able to get the stains and the smells out of the rugs! Believe me in was skeptical , was this going to work?! Boy was I suprised!! My rugs look and smell amazing!!! I had company coming to stay with me for the weekend and I was immediately able to move my furniture back in to the room. No more wet soggy carpets for hours with fans blowing trying the get my carpets dried for my home steam cleaner.... I used to be so embarrassed to have friends over because of the stains on my rugs...not anymore , I am telling all of my friends and will definitely have Brilliant Dry come back again!
