- JQJo Ann QuinifJul 26, 20261.0Terrible. Our oven stopped working after 5 years, it’s a Thermador top of the line. Not something that should even break after 5 years but that’s a different review. They replaced parts, which took weeks. Didn’t work. Ordered more parts, weeks, wrong parts came in, weeks later no follow up. Oven still broken. It’s been 3 months. I’ve had to follow up every time. And of course we paid in advance for the parts. Very poor business practices.
