- AWAvah WirzOct 1, 20265.0It was easy to make an appointment, Explained the problem with the freezer and provided options. Prompt and efficient service. Offers veteran and senior discounts.
- ESEva SimonsSep 28, 20264.0Aaron arrived on time, and determined the issue very quickly. It was a drain sensor that needed to be cleaned out, not replaced. it required taking the bottom kick plate off, which I couldn't do myself. I paid the minimum 1 hr labor charge $219, which seems a bit high. He tested the wash cycle, and it worked fine. However, next day, when we fully opened the dishwasher to load, the kick plate came lose and detached. Aaron came back after the weekend and securely attached it back. All is well!
- ENEric NealSep 9, 20265.0I had a great experience with Blue Dragon! My LG Washtower blew a spin sensor. I looked it up and apparantly it's a common issue. It was diagnosed correctly and fixed quickly at the quoted price. I appreciated the honesty and the work is backed by a warranty. Definitely would recommend.
- NNNikkiSep 5, 20265.0Aaron was awesome; he was professional, thoughtful and straightforward.
- RSRyan StrakerAug 8, 20265.0Quick to call back, showed up inside of the appointment window, was quick to diagnose the problem. Spoke with my home warranty. Would use again if needed.
