    It's unfortunate At Home doesn't do price adjustments without bringing all of the items back into the store. With today's economy, I would think Corporate would want all the business they can get. So many retail stores in Columbus and across the US are filing bankruptcy. I will think twice before shopping at their store.

    First visit back after many years. The reason being is that an east side At Home is more convenient. However on Monday 4-13-2026 we were in the Polaris area and stopped in. On entering and heading to the powered handicap carts a manager told me that one of two is broken and the other kind of sort of runs. Let’s call that one a bone shaker as it appears the front drive wheel(s) had a massive flat spot. So off I go thinking through the store. A number of items were found and purchased. At least this store sort of has a cart where the east side Main St. location has none out of three. Come on people. Get them fixed. Yes it cost but if they are not working it cost you customers.

    The 5 STAR rating ONLY applies to the cashiers and condition of the store. The cashiers are excellent and provide TRUE customer service. I wish I could say the same for management. Whenever I need their assistance, I am always made to feel like I am bothering them. The store is VERY neat, clean, and organized.

    I am writing to share an experience I had in your store. While my friends and I were looking around and minding our own business, an employee approached us and asked us to leave, saying there had been complaints about us. When I asked what the complaints were, she would not explain. I hadn't done anything wrong, so being asked to leave without any explanation was confusing and embarrassing. It felt like I was being judged for being a teenager.I hope this situation can be looked into so other customers do not have a similar experience.
