- AHAziza Hunt5 days ago1.0I’ve had a good expeience with Aaron’s until speaking with Brandy today. She was incredibly rude and condescending when I had the audacity to VERY POLITELY question why my renewal payment was roughly $10 higher than expected. I called back and talked to the manager Jason who tells me “Eric” set up my easy pay wrong (he didn’t….if it was set up wrong Jason is the one who did) and I’ve been paying the wrong amount since mid December. There’s nothing wrong with my easy pay, the issue is no one wanted to actually look at my account to see why the renewal amount was a little higher…it was the tax and a late fee, which makes PERFECT sense. Instead of taking the time to look at the account and listen, Jason tried to talk me down, question my math when I explained the difference between semi monthly and bi-weekly payments, scuff when I correctly say there’s a few months out of the year with 6 fridays (hence 3 paychecks for people paid every other Friday) and give me a hard time because I don’t just take his word for it. I know how to count/do math and it’s a shame that I had to call corporate because of his and Brandy’s ego. I wish I was able to rent from Broad St or another location, because I don’t want to AND won’t be dealing with Jason or Brandy again….I’ll just call corporate anytime I have a concern.

I ordered on Tuesday 12/30, it’s now Friday 1/3 and the associate says they don’t have the inventory and it won’t arrive for another week. AND THEN they will contact me to schedule. No co communication or follow up. It’s very bait and switch and will be my last purchase with this place.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
