Visited this RH location last week. Great selection of furniture. Impressed with the store associates. Their professionalism and dedication to the brand is unmatched. If you haven’t visited please do so soon!

Absurd behavior by what appears to be the Store Manager, TIFFANY Cash. She was on a personal phone call became extremely rude when i simply asked for help. She told me in a rude tone, “don’t you see I’m busy here” I will never return to this company again.

I went to RH to purchase a sectional for my new home today and i asked about her Labor Day discount and in a rude tone the manager Tiffany cash told me that most of their customers are so rich that they don’t ask about the price or discounts. Well lady, you are running a Labor Day sale… unbelievably rude, i cannot believe This company put their reputation in the hands of this individual

As RH is my go to for my home and business needs stopped at the Cleveland store and was treated with disrespect. Unacceptable Customer Service RH does not allow employees with this type of training to represent their company. I am utterly shocked and disappointed, and I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely unacceptable treatment from management. If I could give this RH location zero stars, I would. I visited RH in Brook Park on September 4 around 1:15 PM and was told to leave by manager Tiffany Cash. What shocked me most was being told that I “didn’t belong there.” I was not being disruptive, threatening, disrespectful, or interfering with anyone. There is absolutely no excuse for a manager of a luxury retail store to speak to a customer this way. Being singled out, told I didn’t belong, and then removed from the store was humiliating, degrading, and completely unprofessional. And this isn’t simply my word against hers—I have video documenting the interaction. I’ve filed a formal complaint with RH corporate and requested a full investigation. I sincerely hope corporate reviews the video and takes appropriate action, because someone who treats customers this way should not be representing RH in a management position. RH markets itself as a luxury brand and prides itself on hospitality. There was nothing luxurious or hospitable about this experience. No customer should ever walk into a store and be made to feel like they aren’t worthy of being there. I will absolutely not be returning to this location.
