It is a well-run company: very clean, organized, easy to access and the location is great. Could not have been happier with the facility and I will never outdoor storage again.

It's very clean. The hours are from 6am to 10pm Monday through Saturday. And the price is reasonable. Bluetooth access to all doors, including your storage unit. You don't need a lock.

My husband and I had the best experience with ExtraSpace Storage, Downtown, Cleveland, on Chester Avenue. Demetra, the Manager, is absolutely the best. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. With her as the Store Manager, I will always make this my go-to-spot. She MADE the experience!!!!
