Buyer Beware!!!! Monthly price changes abruptly!!!
The customer service I received at the Cleveland location was amazing. The issue what that the monthly price almost doubled after 3 months. When I called the company they told me that the monthly price is not guaranteed and rates can change significantly.

The staff on this ExtraSpace facility on Chester was just awesome!! I was able to get a hold of them either by phone or in house whenever I had questions. The facility was clean, safe and always had carts available. I highly recommend them for all storage needs!

I love this place! I’ve been back twice since my first experience. You can use your phone to open garage, get in, make a payment, literally EVERYTHING! It’s such a clean and accommodating space to rent.
