  I've always loved this store, shopped here for years. The past two times I've made purchases at this particular location, the same associate hasn't taken the time to wrap and protect my items. They're just thrown into the bag every which direction. I haven't had time to check but if there's any damage on any of it, it's all being returned. I requested plastic bags because I reuse them. She stuffed my large order into two plastic bags and was going to put the rest into a paper bag. When I asked if she could please put the remainder of my order in one more plastic bag, she refused and tried to stuff it in with the already overstuffed bag. If you're seriously going to allow your associates to be so careless in packing and so greedy with bags then I don't care to shop here again. This is the 2nd time that same associate has refused to give me a plastic bag. The greed is ridiculous and I can find organization items cheaper. I just liked your store...until now.

  I can only share my experience. I went in after visiting Coopers Hawk with a female friend of mine. I've already been on the website used their AI assistant Nicole to map out my pantry, with physical print outs of the items directly from the website. I proceeded to the design my room or closet desk whatever it was called to ask for assistant in pulling these specific products as the store is overwhelming for me. This lady looked me in my face and said "Well we do not have personal shoppers here in the store" I responded 'No one works in a closet/kitchen department that can help me pull this list of products?" She says no. My friend and I are like okay? We try to pull the products our self. Someone walks buy asks us do we need help at this point my friend and I laughed and said yes we do. She asked what happened. We told her, she did her best to help us after we told her they story but she said she was also busy and couldn't help much. I proceeded to the check out with about 1/4 of the products I came in for. As I'm walking to the check out I see a business card on the original desk I was at. The card was for Cindy with Simply organized. I pick it up the lady says "she very good, knows the store and products but she's quite expensive.She charges $100 just for a consultation." I say thank you and walk away. I ring out spend over $400. I did get in touch with Cindy she is delightful. Fortunately for The Cointainer Store Cindy will do my shopping, otherwise I would not shop here.Amazon,..

  As someone who’s worked retail, I notice the details... and my visit to "The Container Store" was a bit of a mixed bag. Some parts of the store were clean and overly stocked while others were bare, it felt a little disorganized especially with the "Bed,Bath, & Beyond" sale which made it harder to find what I needed. The staff were still helpful and professional, especially considering how busy it seemed. The customer environment was also a bit chaotic at times, with some people interupting others, not being very aware of their surroundings, or just being plain rude - I got my items and got out it was hard though with all the people and the dumb sliding doors not working Overall, I like the store and the people who work here but it seems like it needs some TLC...

  Your products are great, but the employee I just encountered should not be working face to face with customers. My husband and I had confusion on where to park for curbside orders, because there was no sign on the curb. The employee couldn't find us and we couldn't find her. So when we called, she proceeded to yell at us about the sign... which was apparently inside the store and not on the curb. She brought our items to the car, again was mouthy with my husband, and walked away before either of us could talk with her. She seemed flustered, enraged, and overall inconvenienced. As much as I love the Container Store, it's not worth all that. We will go elsewhere next time.

  Ordered an elfa Garage+ Lower Cabinet from ContainerStore online, picked it up at the Cincinnati store. Started assembling and realized the bottom Deep Drawer was missing. Contacted the store — they just kept saying "you picked up everything." The store manager was supposed to call me back. Still waiting. Reached out to customer support online and they told me to deal with the store directly. Terrible in-store service. Customer support that doesn't support customers. Hard pass on The Container Store going forward. 🙅‍♀️ #ContainerStore #CustomerServiceFail #ConsumerExperience
