  Had a fantastic experience with the delivery crew. All the guys were super nice and extremely careful not to break anything! However the in store customer service was terrible. My husband and I went in and there were 4 sales people, that I could see anyways, and 1 other customer. We were in there for a while and not one sales person asked us if we needed help or even said hello. We managed to look around the entire store and ended up ordering online since nobody wanted to help us. The quality of the furniture we bought is immaculate and well worth the wait. We joined the membership and it is also well worth it. I would recommend RH to anyone but I wouldn’t recommend the kenwood location. Make the trip up to Columbus or just browse online!

  I had a great experience at Restoration Hardware while helping one of our Sleep Outfitters Kenwood customers confirm compatibility for their new mattress set. The staff in the bedroom furnishings department were incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through their options and specifically the one our customers purchased. I appreciated the designer’s transparency in explaining that RH works with a limited number of mattress manufacturers, yet she still went above and beyond to help. She kindly verified that the Stearns & Foster mattress paired with the Tempur‑Pedic Ergo Pro Smart adjustable base would work perfectly with the bed our customer purchased from RH. Her knowledge and willingness to assist made the process smooth and stress‑free. Thank you to the RH team for the excellent service!

  We are very impressed and had a wonderful experience with the Cincinnati Restoration hardware store on multiple occasions. Our most recent experience was with Michele Boggs and her coworker Shane. They both did a fantastic job helping us choose the right color combinations and furniture for our living room. We are very grateful that they dedicated so much time to help us, and made the experience so enjoyable. They are both true professionals and very talented! Thank you again we are looking forward to receiving the furniture.
