The employees are incapable of doing anything, we waited at the key copy station for assistance for 30 minutes while we had talked to multiple employees as they just stood at the front and stared at us as you need a copy to use the machine. We asked multiple times for anyone to help and were told oh someone could help and no one would help us.

We asked for red mulch and the cashier rang us up for brown and we didn't notice until we were in line to have our truck loaded. We ordered 10 bags and just stayed with the brown due to we wud have to go inside and do a return and get back in line. We are older and my husband has worked all night and was tired. We also got a wheelbarrow. The boys that loaded everything just threw the bags in the truck without a care of stacking them so the wheelbarrow could fit to. We had to park out of the way and restack the mulch in order for the wheelbarrow to fit. I would usually give a good tip to the workers working their butts off, but they were not friendly and cud care less.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
