Happy 4th and 250th. Look at this "assembled" grill they delivered to me on July 3rd to celebrate Missing bolts, a wheel completely flat spotted, no instructions, no meat probe, scratches, worn around the lid. It was clearly a floor model being passed onto me. Is it too much too ask to receive a new product put together correctly as they sold me? I've lost trust in the Lowe's brand as a whole after this.

I walked past 4 couples of employee's talking (of which I made eye contact with 2 of the employees from different groups and they proceeded to look away and talk about a ladder they didnt know why it was there). 2 doods were posted up arms crossed leaning on a desk and blatantly ignored me. 5 employees just walked by me, they may have been busy but a kind nod would have suffice maybe? I counted 15 people i coulda used help from just not care before I stopped.
Only reason anyone talked to me is because some employee took a phone call by me and the other asked if I need help.
I proceeded to shop around one dood asked me if I needed help and I was like heck yeah, he didn't know anything about the aisle he was floating. How do you not know about cutting wood and which screws may be best and depths.
Honestly I've never really posted a review to drag a business but when you are blatantly ignored multiple times, it just rubbed me the wrong way.
I wouldn't have really cared but I had my 8 year old kid with me asking questions I couldn't answer cause no one wanted to interact.
One star cause they price matched Home Depot.

I've been using Lowe's more in the past few months. I used the one in Milford mostly, Mason some...but just in the past month or so, I've been into the Mt Moriah location and I like it. And alot of their Pro associates. They've treated me pretty good, seems like we're already building a good repore. .

I am absolutely furious and beyond disappointed with the way I was treated by this Lowe’s. I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars at this location, but after this experience, I seriously question whether I will ever shop here again.
I purchased a Blackstone grill for nearly $600 and spent hours of my own time assembling it. After getting well into the assembly process, I discovered that the grill hood was severely dented. When I called the store for help, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like my problem was an inconvenience to her. There was absolutely no concern, no apology, and no effort to help. Only after speaking with a manager was I able to get someone to agree to replace the damaged hood.
I appreciated the manager stepping in, but the nightmare didn’t stop there. After getting home and continuing the assembly, I discovered yet another major damaged part on the grill, which is clearly visible in the photos. At that point, I was beyond frustrated. I had already invested over three hours putting this grill together, only to find that multiple parts were damaged.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of concern from the staff. Not one person seemed to care that I had spent hundreds of dollars on a damaged product and wasted hours of my personal time. There was no genuine apology, no effort to make things right, and no acknowledgment of how frustrating this situation is for a paying customer.
Now I’m expected to tear everything apart, haul it back to the store, and hope the replacement isn’t damaged too. That is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to spend hours assembling a product only to discover that it was damaged before it ever left the store.
This Lowe’s needs to seriously improve its customer service and quality control. Loyal customers deserve better than rude employees, damaged merchandise, and a complete lack of accountability. After this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
