Extremely disappointed. I tried to purchase a vacuum, but couldn't access the locked product. I went to the paint department, where an associate kindly paged for assistance, but after waiting, nobody ever came to help me. It’s impossible to support a business that ignores its customers even after being alerted to the need for help. I ended up leaving without the vacuum.

While looking for washer/dryer/fridge the appliance employee was texting on their phone the whole time. Refused to help. When checking out appliances they added an entire oven onto the bill. Lazy and unprofessional.
Never order any appliances from Lowe’s. They use third parties to deliver. I had severe damage done to my floors and wall. And they didn’t install the fridge properly. There is a leak. So I doubt they will even do anything about it.
Horrible customer service.

I was missing a few simple items from my pickup order. I chatted with the online customer service and they created the case nearly a week ago and told me the store would be calling me within 24 hours. I've heard nothing and I just called customer service who "routed me to the store for resolution" so the store could just hang up in me. Done playing games with Lowe's and if this isn't made right within 24 hours, I will dispute the entire order with my credit card company and you can be out an entire sale instead of just the missing items.
At this point, this is THEFT from your customer.
