- FPFigi Pipe4 days ago1.0Waited 30 minutes to be helped loading my purchase into my car. The manager Wayne was being rude and told me that I’d have to walk to the other side of the store to return said item, and got upset when I told him I just needed help loading, never shopping here again, needs better management.
- LRlaurie Rentas6 days ago1.0Don’t buy a kitchen here. They make you feel great and make a massive purchase and then don’t want to fix anything. First off especially if you have to custom order they try to charge you 20% to take it back when it is not what you asked for to begin with. If you are an average person like us we can’t afford to take a 20% hit and waited years to do this project. Don’t worry the countertops you put a deposit down on means nothing. So they come out and measure for the countertops after I already installed the cabinets I didn’t ask for and charge you for the rest of the countertops and tell you that they don’t have the color you asked for. Then when you get upset because you are getting none of the products you asked for they want to insult you after you spent over 10,000 dollars and offer you a 50$ gift card. Then customer service will make you try to talk to the store manager to resolve the issue and he will blow you off and say that he has been in interviews for two days and can’t find the time to make a situation right. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere because they will not help you here.

I was looking for some flowers in the garden center this morning and I look over and over hear a conversation with two employees, one looked like a manger the name was Jess I believe and she was cussing out an employee saying “stop doing useless shit”. That isn’t how you should speak to co-workers regardless of status. Cussing at employees is highly unprofessional and just flat out rude especially when there are customers around. It shouldn’t even of happened in the first place. I decided to leave and not give my business there because I don’t believe in giving money to a store if their staff is just being flat out rude to other employees in the store.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
