    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ONLINE PICKUPS. I do online pickup because it is way more convenient. Typically I have had zero problems until recently. I ordered a 55gal trash can. Email says order is ready for pickup. I go to pick it up and the lady at the front desk says it will be ready in the locker. I inform her it is too big to be put in a locker. I will need an associate to go get it for me. She tells me No. With some attitude. You need to scan the code and the locker will open. I again tell her it is too big to be in a locker and I have already scanned in. She rolls her eyes and walks away. 10min later I again ask her if she can call someone to get my trash can for me. She tells me it’s in the locker.

    The experience was extremely disappointing. I had ordered the lawn mower and they send the damaged mower. We tried to called it was horrible and tried to exchange for 5 times. There’s was no call nothing and the exchange lawn mower did not arrived so we requested for the item return pick up and refund. It took almost 2 months and they refunded on their store credit card which only can use on Lowe’s store. It was ridiculous because I spent almost four thousand dollars for the item and I do not want to make future purchases with this company. It took a week and was asked to bring their store credit card back and they said they will refund back to finally my account. I’m still waiting for the refund to my account. This company and Springdale location was horrible. The days I have wasted, the hours of call I had to call, and amount to drive back and forth was extremely frustrating and painful. The supervisor I dealt with was Justus (Ams) 4110 and Emily (ops Ams) 4132 at Springdale location. They can’t really provide any help nor did any good job at their respective jobs. It was extremely inconvenient and dissatisfying. I would never shop at this company and would NOT recommend anyone to make purchases at this company. Amit Rai

    Everyone was so helpful and really nice. I don't shop there often and accidentally went to the return counter to check out. The woman manning the desk didn't hesitate to ring me up anyway. It was really apreciated!

    What a horrible experience this has been. On April 25th my dryer died, beyond repair. I got on Lowe’s website and selected my closest store, Springdale. I placed an order for a new dryer. Earliest delivery scheduled for May 1st. Take the day off of work because their delivery window is 8am-8pm. Ridiculous, but is what it is. Day before delivery I get a text update that my window is 1:30-5:30pm. Better. At 1am I get an email telling me that my delivery is being changed to April 6th on the day it is supposed to be delivered. I call their customer supposed line (terrible) and they tell me there is nothing that can be done. I can’t go pick it up. There is no team available to deliver my item. Their feeling is that a $50 gift card is fair thing to make up for the inconvenience. The first person I talked to Shane is understanding but I didn’t feel like he was sure if anything could be done, I ask for a supervisor. Dario (supervisor) is who I am transferred to after being on hold for 15 minutes is rude and goes right to cancelling the order. At this point I agree and since I have a free day will be making sure that others know to not waste their time and money on purchasing through Lowe’s. Spend your money elsewhere because you are probably in for some disappointment along the way.

    Normally my preferred Lowe's and a chill place to shop. However, today, they had a very pushy gutter leaf filter salesman set up by the front entrance. Told him "not interested" several times as he worked his way through his objection-handling script, with him eventually telling me I actually *was* interested, because I had looked at his little display as I walked by. I should add that I was dressed for work, painted stained pants, beat up shirt and dirty cap... Seriously? I'm trying to get in and out because I have a job to get back to. Was unable to reach store management by phone hence the review.
