    I've always liked Leslie's because they have a machine that reads the water samples unlike many places that just use dip strips which I have at home. They've been having computer issues for the last couple of weeks. It's a 20 minute drive from my house when I'm on lunch break to take a water sample. Last trip I got there and they had the door locked with a note saying computer issues check back in 30 minutes. Supposedly it's been a nationwide issue for the past 2 months according to the employee. Well I can't wait 30 minutes because I have to get back to work so I went to Eastgate Pools which is on my way home and they were the nicest people and got me in and out in 5 minutes. I'll be going there from now on because it's actually closer to my house and they also use a machine to read the samples.

    Found the ladies here to be very polite and helpful. Prices are way better than I had expected as well. Nice clear instructions on how to get our water perfect. Thanks!

    I was trying to get help. Two different times. Same experience twice. I don't know much about pools... they are the experts. She wouldn't take the time to look up options etc. Made me google the info I needed. I specifically asked her if she could look it up. She said no - I can just do it. So, I did my own searching and just bought on Amazon. It was pretty clear she wasn't worried about losing any business. If you have to deal with Jordan, just walk away!

    They are always nice and helpful at this store. There prices to me are high and the rewards points are a joke. We've missed out on several we should of had and then you go to use them as their showing in our account online but in store says they've already been used which was not case nor do they or can they access your account in store. Not a good system at all. Since they ask your name each time to load points at check out they should be able to see what points you have and ask if you want to use them if you have enough. Not impressed at all. For as much as we have to spend on our pool each year we may end up trying Watson's or another place for our pool needs.
