I wasn't sure I would find something to suit my tastes, but I found two recliners that were incredibly comfortable and beautiful!! The fabric selection was generous, and I walked away feeling pleased and excited for the chairs which would be delivered in a few weeks. The process was easy. We even had a consultation with the fabrics at my house to confirm my selections.

The salesman then said there will be a delivery charge of $199.00 for the chairs.. I said that’s ok I’ll just pick them up when they come in. The salesman said that is not an option. You have to pay for the delivery. La-Z-Boy should pay for the cost of delivery since that is the only option available.
