  ⛲️ My Visit to Fountain Specialist, Inc. ⛲️ 🏡 First & foremost, I can tell you that this was 100% an unplanned adventure. Yet to be honest, I don’t even remember *how* I got there. But I think that’s the most beautiful part about this place. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I wasn’t looking for it. 🪿 Or concrete for that matter, I had absolutely no knowledge about where the pieces came from or what their intended purposes were, they were just something I simply saw as distant lawn ornaments that weathered in the environments that held them. 🚙 I decided to park across the street under the shaded trees because I did like the free/unmetered options as long as I didn’t go above the listed time limit, which was about (4-6) hours. 🪴 *** I didn’t know at the time, but Harvest Market directly across the street from FS also has a larger lot with free parking up to (6-12) hours I believe *** 🌸 From there the entire walk up & down on Main St. was like discovering the Heart of Ohio, a hidden gem I didn’t know was here along the river. 🕊️ What made me cross the street & want to visit is when I saw this beautiful concrete angel that was almost as tall as me, in front of a garden fountain as if she was enchanted by the sunlight glowing behind her. 🐉 I could see the entire street lined with devotional saints & whimsical creatures, my favorite section of Fountain Specialists collections would have to be the variety of bird baths near the flag pole & the large guardian statues that look like animal companions or grotesques. 🎠 After studying the variety of pieces that were available & speaking with some of the neighbors that collect these stones, I’ve come to understand their importance in multiple gardening cultures from potted plants, to bird watching & how their fountains have helped shaped historical landmarks in Ohio while remaining humble to their craft. 🦌 I never would have thought that stopping by this concrete store would open my eyes to new hobbies like gardening so I can have places for my concrete wishlist, potted planters/bird feeders because I’m obsessed with the wildlife in my backyard now, 🇺🇸 * P L U S * there isn’t a neighborhood, a school yard, a park, a government business, a local cemetary or a community library where I haven’t seen a piece from Fountain Specialist of some kind. 🥪 It’s a tradition for me now, I park where I can, order at the local eateries for a picnic by the river & walk around Fountain Specialist to see what new items he’s got (usually every other week but every time I go there’s always something different) before stopping by my favorite shops on Main St. 🤠 Y’all should stop by & see for yourselves. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mark. He’s very direct, straightforward & gets to business. 💪🏼 The best part was knowing that his team personally loads the items into your vehicle to make sure it’s secured & offers local delivery options as well. (*I’d call to verify you’re in range or come in person first*) I can’t wait to visit their new location when it opens!

  Work a a business that has a fountain...it needs some work done to it. Refused to work on it. Didn't even bother to send someone to look at it. Just said wasn't worth their time.....good business tactics ehhh...ohh well on to the next.

  This is such a cool place! Very reasonable prices on planters that will last forever with excellent craftsmanship. Check it out!
