    I visited Ferguson Home to shop for bathroom and kitchen fixtures, but my experience was very disappointing. I asked the woman at the front desk for assistance three times, and she repeatedly told me she had an appointment and could not help me. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in assisting a customer. Very poor customer service and a lack of basic courtesy.

    They offer a lot of options, but the service is lacking. We were told by the person at the front that someone would come help us, but noone ever came.

    Bought an icemaker for over $3,000. Installed today. I am out of town and my wife is home alone. Water leaked from first floor to basement. Big mess. We trusted this company. Big mistake.

    We made an appointment online and were excited to see the show room and talk with a consultant about our remodel project. So we made the hour+ drive and arrived 45 minutes early. We walked the show room which is beautiful and well organized. The receptionist Robin greeted us and said she would get us at our appointment time. We had time to browse the show room and take photos, make notes and even loaded items into our cart online. We only had to go over our selection with the consultant and finalize the process. This is when it all fell apart for us. After 30 minutes late for our time, the receptionist came to us and said she forgot to let Jodi know we were there. She apologized and said she would immediately go get the consultant. After 10 minutes and no one came back to us, we left empty handed and majorly disappointed. Not sure why they didn’t call my cell at the appointment time. They call it to confirm our appointment the day before?!?!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
