I'm sorry to say but my unit at the Beechmont Avenue facility was just recently robbed. I discovered it a couple of days ago when I wanted to retrieve some items. The lock didn't work, the lady from the office was very helpful and professional. She used a tool to open the lock with was apparently placed in my unit's door by whoever gained access to my unit without authorization and stole my property. Some of my stored items were stolen. I filed a police report with Hamilton County Sheriff's office. An officer from the Anderson police came to the site. Anderson Township police is now investigating who stole my belongings from this storage facility. Although the facility is supposedly under 24 h video surveillance, the video footage was not available for the police office to review. This is very concerning when the facility is supposed to be safe.
