They nickle and dime the life out of you. Never had this problem when it was cube smart. You set up auto pay and they delete it out of their system so they can charge you ridiculous fees. A $40 storage unit will turn into $300 real quick for one month.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, and I'm so glad I chose Extra Space Storage!
I originally stopped at another storage facility nearby because I thought it was the same company. The experience there was so unpleasant that I walked right back out. I overheard an employee speaking very disrespectfully about a customer, then watched her treat another customer the same way. No one even acknowledged me when I walked in.
I decided to try Extra Space Storage instead, and the difference was incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. Mella took the time to understand my needs, showed me different unit options, and explained everything thoroughly.
Even after I left, I had to call her three different times because I couldn't remember all the details. Each time, Mella was patient, kind, and happy to help. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
The facility is clean, well-lit, climate-controlled, and very easy to navigate. Most importantly, Mella made my first storage experience completely stress-free.
