Would have given 5 for the staff at the facility and phone but… The personnel at this location were wonderful. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and every employee I interacted with onsite was kind, helpful, and professional during a really stressful move. The facility itself was clean and easy to access.
My only disappointment was with the corporate policy regarding prorating. I moved out with almost the entire month left on my unit, which meant it could have been rented again, but I was still unable to receive any prorated refund. That part was frustrating.

Was getting a delivery of furniture there on my "move-in" day and the couch couldn't make the angle to get into the unit. Devin was quick to move me to another unit (larger) right away and are planning to help me find something more my size should it open up soon.
