Visited the Crookshank site last week and store manager Robert Beatty was friendly and very helpful! He cut off an old lock (lost keys) and replaced it at no charge, as well as adjusted my monthly bill to save some money!

My wife Krista Morrow and I just got back from this storage facility completely happy! We have tried every storage facility around and was treated disrespectful and ended up with no place to put our belongings. And didn't know what to do. We we're about to give up when we realized we had one more storage facility to call and it ended up being this place here where the most humble, professional and sweet man named Robert Beatty, the property manager met with us and helped us secure the exact storage unit we were looking for and for a great price for our budget! It was great because he took the time to walk us to look at the units to make sure that's what we wanted. It's a very clean and indoor facility that has climate controlled air. Thanks Robert Beatty you just took so much anxiety and stress away from us!!!
