  Robert was very nice and helpful. I’m traumatized from my last storage unit I had somewhere else. He made me feel welcomed and it was super CLEAN it didn’t have no roaches or nothing!!

  Mr. Beatty has to be one of the nicest and most caring man that I have met! Not only did he make sure that our needs were met he made sure that we were completely satisfied with our unit.   Beware of online deals they will not match them or help you find a solution to any instances that is their fault! Rented a 10x16 unit online during a web special last week. When I went in (on a Tuesday)to put locks on the unit there was roof work being done the units were an absolute mess with debris from the roof which they said will be continuing for another few weeks and not to mention, the elevator to the second floor was sketchy and creaking. I defiantly didn’t feel safe at all. I asked the gentleman working at the front desk if it was possible to have a unit on the first floor (same size or a size below 10x15)was told there was two available 10x15 units available , but that they needed special approval from the district manager for pricing because it was about difference between the upstairs and downstairs unit. Associate told me he’d send an email to the district manager for approval and that he’d give me a call the next day (Wednesday). Thursday afternoon, I called in to the office after not hearing anything for almost two days, spoke to the property manager and he essentially told me that there was nothing they can do because they couldn’t match that price for a unit downstairs. He did refund me, but I wasn’t even offered a discount for a downstairs unit for the inconvenience or another size unit. There was no offer for a solution besides a refund. I wasted the only 3 off days I have for two weeks trying to just get this resolved. I wasted planning to use these days to take the time to get the storage unit organize and now I have to now go to another place and used my free time for the next two weeks on this place that couldn’t even give me a call back to tell me this.

  Extra Space Crookshank is literally head and shoulders above the rest. Robert and his team are kind caring hardworking and diligent. They made my experience top notch and went above and beyond to accommodate every need I had. He is super responsive and communicative, always there at a drop of a dime if anything is needed. Best storage facility I've ever used.
