Another time, they suggested that a new dishwasher would be a better option than a repair. Day's definitely a customer service driven company. - BPbhupendra patelAug 8, 20265.0I called Day’s Appliance for repair Kenmore Refrigerator(water leaking on floor) the customer service lady she explained in detail and scheduled for service. The technician name Chris came on time clean around the refrigerator opened the front door and checked the water leak issue and determined the leak problem. The technician ordered the back cover of the refrigerator check running compressor cleaned around and see the drain hose was disconnected from the bottom hose he properly connected it, but the capacitor was found rusty and broken he suggested to replace it but he don’t have the part on his truck.He ordered the right part (new capacitor) and after two days he came with the part installed it properly and our refrigerator working great. I highly recommend The Day’s Appliances to anyone who needs Appliances Repair or devices.
