  The technician came in 4 times. First diagnosed the compressor has issues, second time replace compressor and left scratches on my wooden flooring and damaging the quarter rounds. Third to fix the refrigerator not cooling again and fourth to tell me that refrigerator needs replacement due to an unfound leak somewhere in door. All of this was done over a few weeks. While I appreciate they came in to look at the issue, I still don't buy their argument that things were diagnosed post repair. IMO, they likely did a misdiagnosis and now I end up burning a $1600 hole through my pocket for their mistake. What is appalling is, the company is flatly refusing to refund any of those costs, even though they should cover this as part of workmanship guarantee.

  Excellent experience with Steven at Day's Appliance. Easy to schedule, prompt, courteous, professional. No upselling. Our first time using Day's and we will certainly call them again with any appliance repair need.

  The tech, Chris, was excellent. He was honest, tested everything, and told us all our options. We decided to replace the refrigerator. So Chris pursued getting us a refund for the work he did so far. He also did some work to make sure that our garage refrigerator and freezer units are working properly. We appreciate everything Chris did. We plan to use Day Appliance again as needed in the future.

  This local business went above and beyond for me, they have my highest recommendation. I had a repair that a previous company could not solve, and had stopped responding to me all together. I called Day’s Appliance, and they took on the job and did not stop until every issue was resolved. They remained in constant communication with me throughout the process which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for appliance repair, they are the best option in Cincinnati!

  Our refrigerator was no longer cooling or freezing. Brian came out and diagnosed the issue was with the control board. The part was no longer available, but they were able to send the board out to be rebuilt and got the fridge going again. Great service!! Will definitely use Days Appliance Repair in the future.
