- ARandrew rigsby4 days ago1.0I ordered a tool box from this store and it was scheduled to be delivered 5/14/26 and it was delayed a day and when it did arrive they did not follow delivery instructions and the product was damaged so I called customer service to ask about getting it replaced and was on the phone for about an hour just for the 2 people I talked too to tell me they cant do anything ill have to take it to the store and have them replace it, I was told there was 2 in stock, so on top of wasting my tike dealing with customer service it was also a waste of time dealing with their delivery team, so the next day I take the toll box to the store to have them replace it and that was also a waste of time because they didnt have any in stock and after dealing with them for almost another hour they told me the best they can do is either give me the display that also had minor damage or deliver another without a scheduled date, so I left without a tool box and not knowing when ill get my replacement

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
