- CBCurt BoweJun 1, 20261.0Be advised: this was false advertising coupled with poor communication. When I asked whether I had received the correct tree, the response was simply, “my bad!”—which I found completely unprofessional. Yes, I received a larger tree than what I purchased and for the same price, but that is not the point. I ordered a specific size and reasonably expected to receive that exact size, not a substitute accompanied by a mediocre explanation from the seller. If I had wanted a larger or more mature tree, I would have purchased one. This experience has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect good customer service or accurate representation of the product.
