  Went trying to find a memorial tree for my dad. There wasn't a single other customer in the store, yet nobody would help me. Its all about profit.

  I bought 3 whale already pre plotted succulents & the rude petitti employee she tells me they are extremely easy to take care of in these pre potted whales. She stated barely need any attentionat all, minimalwater, minimalsunlight, no mention of any drainage holes needed. Well mine are dying. Apparently they need a drainage hole according to google research. These whale pots that are pre done ready for sale do not have one. So unbeknownst to me they have become rot because of the water. I paid over 50 dollars for three of these. I am very unsatisfied. Im doing my best to try to salvage what i have left of them which is not alot. These whales were full 3 plants in each now 2 pots are down to 1 planr, and the big guy i put to very small succulents in, the same succulents i bought from you. Id love to email you my photos from the day I bought it to what it looks lile today.

  Kirby is always so helpful when I am there. I always see her talking to customers and making sure the greenhouse looks great!
