Phone calls are answered every day - but we keep separate hours for retail and wholesale sales. We have a large selection of trees, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses. The staff went above and beyond to help, insofar as a trailer issue before we left and the nice fella who helped us didn't hesitate to jump in. We'll be back! He takes his time and provides information so that a wise decision can be made about exposure, care, mature height and width of the plants, etc. He is friendly and caring and treated me well and will continue to be available if I have any questions in the future. Thank you Brown and Sons for all your help collectively!
- WBWill BanksApr 17, 20265.0Highly recommend buying your plants from. Brown’s. One of the best selections of plants you will find in the area, but the customer service is the reason to come here. Highly knowledgeable folks are always walking the nursery looking to help. You will get planting tips and advice to make sure your plants stay alive. Delivery is an extremely reasonable price if getting large items or quantity. For my recent delivery the team went out of their way to move the plant to the hole I had dug. I couldn’t have moved this plant by myself. Kudos to everyone working at Brown’s.
