Asked for wood to be cut to fit underneath my bed and between my box spring. Gave them the exact dimensions. They said that I needed all this wood. So I paid 60 bucks. Only needed half of it and it was cut completely wrong. I'm furious.

I bought a dryer on the 16th of September. I needed it delivered so I paid for delivery and gave them the address where I wanted it delivered. I got an email and a text telling me that delivery was confirmed for the time and date but it was the wrong address. Their system changed the address that I gave to a address I haven't lived at in 20 years. I tried to get in touch with them on the phone and I was hung up on five times. After a bunch of phone calls and time wasted , nothing was accomplished. I had to cancel my order and buy the same dryer from Home Depot not to mention I lost a whole day of work because it was supposed to have been delivered on the 22nd and I had to take off work because they gave me a 12 hour window. So now that they canceled the order and I received the email and a text message for the details it tells me I have to click on the link and when I click on the link it tells me to log into my Lowe's account which I don't have one and I never had one so I have no idea when I'm going to get this money back over $800. This is a horrible experience and I will never go to Lowe's again
