Edit 7-7-26 If I could give them a negative star, I would just sit on the phone 45 minutes with this lady. To transfer me to her supervisor only to hang up on me.!!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!I bought a refrigerator on Monday. Guaranteed delivery by Wednesday paid extra so I could save my food. They never showed up, never called. THEY MOVED my appointment to Monday following week. Tell me I can make a claim to get compensated for the food I lost. I had to wait before my refrigerator was delivered to make the claim which I did, spoke to MANY REPRESENTATIVES was ASSURED. I would be able to be compensated when I make a claim.THEN........ They tell me I can't make the claim because it doesn't follow their guidelines. Which they never told me, I had to have Somebody come out to verify the coolant wasn't working in my refrigerator but they told me this a week( AFTER I THREW OUT ALL MY FOOD)😡 later, ,, not when it actually HAPPENED, that I was supposed to have somebody come out . Now They've denied my claim made me take two days off work and not compensated for my food loss. And also, THEY'VE STOPPED RETURNING MY MESSAGES. I will never do business with them again. LIARS.

The Lowe’s location in Brooklyn Ohio has exceptional customer service! I drove in from Atlanta GA with an emergency need for a charcoal grill for an event starting in less than 2 hours. I panicked as I did not know whether they would have one available for purchase or not. The managers on duty, Jeff, Andrea, and customer service associate Stacey were extremely helpful! They got me everything I needed and got me out of there within 30mins! Thank you so much Jeff, Andrea, and Stacey, for making my daughter’s graduation cookout a success! Give these guys a nice steak dinner on Lowe’s please! 👏

Lowe's sent me the wrong item. I bought a stone fire pit online at the end of April. I just got around to assembling it and realized Lowe's sent the wrong bricks. Now, according to the store, I have a 1000lb paperweight. Update: I was refunded the price of the bricks, but not the delivery fee, like they promised. I essentially paid $80 for Lowe's to mess up. I will never shop at Lowe's again. Terrible customer service, rude employees..

We normally don't go to Lowes and usually find it easier to find material at Home Depot, ABC, or Carter Lumber. However, this particular Lowes had multiple colors of siding, house wrap, J Channel, everything we needed to finish up this garage repair.
