  Our technician was the most knowledgeable, efficient, excellent service person we’ve ever had the privilege to meet. He was on time, explained everything fully and carefully and repaired our dryer. We can’t say enough about the service and the customer service when making and confirming the appt. Very happy with Total Appliance and would highly recommend.

  Great service. Very knowledgeable on the washer/dryer combo unit I have & spent a lot of time testing it to ensure there's no issues & gave me a lot of info on how it works & how to properly maintain it. I really appreciate that & not being ripped off with unnecessary repairs.

  We have a 6-yr old Bosch refrigerator that had a clogged drain. Johnny from Total Appliance came out to perform the repair and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and personable - he explained the steps he was performing to diagnose and correct the problem. He was the consummate professional. My suggestion to Total Appliance would be to have all new hires work with Johnny to learn his customer interaction skills - he is an excellent representative of the company.

  One of my burners on my Wolf range top wouldn't light. Kevin showed up on time and solved the problem in two minutes! It only required brushing the igniter with a wire brush. I could have done it had I known. I think Kevin felt sorry for me. He took time to look at our Sub Zero and pointed out it was time to change the water filter, the air filter and clean the coils. I wasn't aware this was required and really appreciated his attention. Great service.
