  My experience with Total Appliance was excellent from start to finish. The person who answered the phone, Kim, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. My technician arrived on time. Based on my conversation with Kim, he already had the part needed for the repair with him. He was obviously very experienced and repaired my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

  Total Appliance Service Inc. was fast and very communicative. The price was worth the peace of mind. The tech was very respectful, fast with responses, and up front about costs. This was a Bosch repair and Total Appliance Service Inc. was on it! They scheduled a time that was convenient for me and stuck to that time. Definitely recommend for Bosch dishwasher repair!

  The service tach was at our house within a week and even had parts with him so he was able to repair our washing machine (Warranty work) Quickly to get it back in order. The tech was friendly professional, and explained everything that he was doing

  We had issues with the freezer of our refrigerator and the service technician (Joe) knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he opened the door. He explained what needed to be corrected and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. We have used Total Appliance in the past and will continue to do so with any future appliance issues!

  Tech came out. Unit was less than 6 weeks old with sealed system failure. Said it needed replaced and had to go through manufacturer for replacement. Manufacturer scheduled repair with them and they rejected the order due to not having a qualified technician.
