  Service person was great. He arrived on time and was very friendly. However $165 just to come out to look at the problem was just too high especially since the washing machine could not be repaired. Not the service guys fault on that one.

  Our washer was covered under warranty. We had a few hiccups with scheduling cancelations and part problems... happy ending our washer is fixed and working great

  Both repairs were done while my dryer and dishwasher were under manufacturer warranty. Dishwasher was a quick fix- the middle water dispenser fell off due to sloppy assembly. Mathew reinstalled the dispenser and that was it. As to the dryer, Matthew and his colleague also established that there is no problem with the dryer itself but the dryer vent is poorly installed. Mathew advised me to contact the Happy Dryer company to install a proper dryer vent. Which I did immediately. Which I did. Happy Dryer technician came the next day and artfully installed the proper vent. Since then my dryer functions well. I appreciate very much that both technician explained to me in detail the problem with each of my appliances and either fixed it or send me to the right people to fix it.

  Matt showed up on time to repair the refrigerator, he was very courteous, was able to quickly detect and solve the problem. I would highly recommend Total Appliance Service, Inc.

  My new Bosch refrigerator had an alarm that kept going off. Another company came out and said that nothing was wrong just unplug the refrigerator for five minutes to reset the computer. Three hours after that company left the alarm was going off again. The repair technician from Total appliance called the Bosch technical support team. Bosch said that it was actually a software glitch that they were currently working on fixing. Software update on 9/18/26 fixed the problem. And now we know.
