  This was a horrible experience! Our complaint was a malfunctioning ice maker. Technician complained the whole time about the make of our refrigerator and how hard it was to service. He muddled around the inside and eventually replaced a part to no avail. He then reported that we would need a new control board that would cost over $1,000. My husband and I decided to seek a second opinion—-thank goodness we did—-the tech from a different company immediately ran a routine diagnostic test and found that a simple lever in the back of the ice holder had gotten dislocated and was sending a “full bucket “ message. He righted the lever and the maker is working perfectly. So we paid for a service call with absolutely no results!!!! Do not recommend!!!!

  Had service on a new Thermador refrigerator/freezer on June 11. Ice cubes were falling out an opening in the back of the drawer preventing it from closing completely. I could not get behind the drawer. Serviceman came out, removed the drawer, and ordered a missing part to block the opening. I was told it would take about 1-1/2 weeks to get the part. After 2 weeks, I called to see whether the part was in. I was told the part was on backorder. Finally fixed on July 24. There was a complete lack of communication from TAS to let me know about the delays. Service was fine, but lack of communication was not. Other companies at least show the courtesy of phone calls or emails.

  KIM rebuilt my subzero refrigerator. It is 22 years old. It was not cooling. It is now working like a dream! It was costly but much cheaper than buying a new subzero. KIM was thorough, professional, and went out of his way to explain the tedious details of what he was doing. He did a great job! Am 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟happy ! Thank you!
