The representative was very friendly and texted before coming onto the property and asked if there were any areas I wanted him to focus on. He texted me when he was all done and sent pictures and also reminded me to not let the dogs out for about 30 minutes so the treatment could settle. Very good customer service!

It’s a great service!!!! We enjoy being able to sit outside in the evenings and not be eaten by mosquitoes and we can eat outside without being attacked by bees, but our cost has gone up almost $50 in the last 2 years each time they come. I know everything else has gone up too but when you have to choose between your every day expenses like gas (which no one can afford these days) or getting your yard sprayed for bees …… it makes you question whether you should keep the service or cancel, especially with the price of gas now, is my service gonna increase even more??

I live in a peaceful no-knock neighborhood, registered in a no-knock list. Last week your representative illegally went door to door through my neighborhood, aggressively selling pest control. I have the encounter, including company and employee name recorded in it's entirety on my doorbell camera. Rather than report you to the police, I am leaving a one star review instead. If a representative of your company returns to make a future sale I will immediately report this activity to the police.

I just asked for a reschedule from today/Thursday to Monday as we were not home today. I got a supposed "ok" you appointment is now Monday, but then got messaged roday the tech was out. They WILL be out next week...I'll make sure!!! Going to cancel this service as soon as we can and breakeven on the early $200 cancellation fee. They take pictures, sure, pointing their sprayer at a window, door, etc, but that's it. We walked one time around the house with them and I think that's the only time they really heard us and did the actual work and sprayed or soread pellets for bugs. We do not have a huge lot or house and they're in and out in about 10 minutes. The salesman was high pressure and it's our fault I didn't cancel the next day. Stay local with you pest control $s. Not confident in this company, at all.
