Great service. Protects my grandchildren from ticks, mosquitoes and other insects. They also set up a mouse protection system. The service was simple and quick. They text me when they arrive. They work quietly and respect my privacy. They also let me know when I can put my pets back outside before they leave.

Jeremy and Ben were at our place for our monthly service. They were filling in for Bernard, so I showed them around the property so they may be able to address my concerns. I was very worried bec for the first time since we have lived at this property, I found a tick on me twice. Jeremy and Ben patiently listened and they also treated areas that were slightly overgrown. Ben removed the cobwebs around the structures - garage and house and where I stay a lot: my garden. They really did a great job, they also put down mosquito traps and fastened one so it doesn’t fall over. I am very happy with the service they did.

I see I'm not the only one. I have a no soliciting sign, and pointed it out. Was told they were just informing me they were doing treatments near by that may affect me which was an excuse to impose thier manipulative BS soliciting on me. Thanks for the heads up that your treatments nextdoor can cause me problems.
Spare me your canned reply. My lawyer advised me what to do next time.

I signed up with Aptive after a salesperson promised a thorough inspection of our home's exterior to find and seal mouse entry points, followed by a combination of outdoor bait stations and indoor traps. What we got was something very different:
The technician arrived 45 minutes past the end of our 2-hour arrival window. He started preparing a bug spray before I reminded him we were there for mice - not insects. The "inspection" lasted about two minutes. He guessed mice might be coming in through the roof but said Aptive doesn't like their techs to climb on roofs. He wasn't sure whether mice could climb brick (they can, my wife found that out in seconds on Google).
When I raised my concerns, the salesperson acknowledged I was within my 3-day right of rescission and said calling customer service would cancel the contract with no penalty. Customer service told me the opposite - that the right of rescission only covers the early termination fee and I still owe for the initial visit. No supervisor was available, no escalation path offered.
I was sold one service and received another. The company then contradicted its own salesperson when I tried to exit. Proceed with extreme caution.

I’m in the process of moving into a new house and discovered rodent droppings in the basement. Technician was thorough and provided good service to prevent any further entry. Sprayed the interior of the house and exterior of the property. Also treated the detached garage and shed. I highly recommend. Initial promotion price was good and monthly fee for 12 months was reasonable.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
