We bought our house one year ago this month. The house had been taken over by stink bugs and spiders. Clearly, the other owner did not have the house treated. We hired Aptive and with the first spray, we saw improvements. By the third treatment, we never saw another stink bug or spider in the house. We are very happy with their services. I would also like to point out that, because we have indoor pets, we do not have the inside of our house sprayed. They accomplished all of this by treating the outside of our house. No pests here!!!! Thank you so much!

Dylan Nesbitt was so knowledgeable on our visit. We learned a lot of new valuable information from him. He also had great communication with letting us know when we was on the way as well. He made us feel very confident that our problem was going to be treated!

I absolutely would not recommend this company to anybody. From the first moment the technician stepped on my property I knew there were going to be issues because I live in Ohio and he was telling me that my account was connected to someone in Washington State...1,000s of miles away from me! Because they have you sign a contract before they even arrive there is no way I would have canceled their service when they were here and have to pay more money out of pocket for service that I wasn't going to be getting. The first technician who came to my home however was professional and courteous and did explain everything to me thoroughly. When it came to scheduling my next appointment I told them what day I was available, then I received a text saying they were coming on a completely different day so I arranged accordingly. Then I received a text saying that that date changed to a different day so I rearranged my plans only to have the technician arrive on the day that I originally scheduled for, 3 days later I get a text from another technician telling me he's on his way to my house only for me to have to tell him you don't have to come they were just here three days ago. Then today less than 11 days later I get another text telling me that the technician on his way to my house! The second technician who came to my house was condescending and I do not feel was thorough or considerate of my property. Talking to customer service is a complete joke because you're either stuck talking to a computerized system or someone who does not speak English.

I needed to update my quote because I was told if I was having an issue with German cockroaches it would cost more but wanted to see the cost difference before my appointment. I have tried for 45 minutes to get a new quote and have been bounced around to at least 10 different people. Requested a supervisor because someone finally stated that is who could help me. 1st supervisor hung up and I had to start all over, and was finally transferred to another supervisor just for her to not help me and transfer me to someone else who could not help. There is no reason why my initial quote was quick and easy and this was such an ordeal. It would've been easier to cancel, then get a new quote from scratch because they said they couldn't get me a new quote because I was already given one. Finally told them to cancel because it's not worth the hassle and in that time I was able to get a quote and schedule an appointment with someone else. I'd suggest a different business model.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
