Neither were pushy or tried to lead us out of our comfort zone. They were a big part of our selecting La-Z-Boy for our decorating project. The furniture arrived today and the delivery men were friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend La-Z-Boy for their customer service.
- ACaugusta clarkJul 28, 20261.0This is not specific to the Boardman store but to lazboy as a company!!! The customer service I received was absolutely unacceptable these people only want your money. I contacted them multiple times and only received a response over instagram dm. I reached out because my grandma spent her hard earned money on a chair for my grandpa since he was dying and needed comfort. The chair is in perfect condition and I asked about a possible exchange (there was more personal information I shared about the story). I was told we could get a POSSIBLE discount on top of any other purchases. I am extremely disappointed that a company who makes so much money is only able to help us with a possible discount. There are many other cheaper places to buy a comfortable chair and I’d recommend going anywhere else. If anything goes wrong they only care that you spent money- after that their job is done.
