  I bought several perennials this spring from them and I had two hydrangeas that just went downhill all summer. The other three are alive and well. I tried to return the dying two today (just four months later) and they refused to accept the return stating “they never have accepted returns on perennials.” I had my receipt. They were regularly watered just like the rest. But these two seemed to have some sort of disease or something. So beware, don’t buy your perennials here. All other places give you a year that I’m aware of. But not here. Edit to add: I received this response below to call so they could make it right. I called. While they were nice they said “this is an AI auto response” and did nothing to make it right. I was hoping to come back and change my review. I did suggest not allowing AI responses like this if they weren’t going to make it right. So unfortunately I still stand by not buying perennial plants from them. Unless you’re ok with the risk of losing a perennial in a few months with no option for return.

  Amazing people. Had 2 tons of pellets and Mike and I talked like we were brothers just shooting the bull. Very personable and great prices.

  While giving my dog her weekly bath I realized she had become covered in fleas and ticks. My husband held her in the bath as I ran to get some flea and tick shampoo because we couldn’t find ours. I ran out of the house without my phone and pulled into the closest place to us, Bethel Feed and Supply. I didn’t know the time so I pulled in after they had just closed. The owner or manager kindly unlocked the door for me and showed me where to find the shampoo and a tick comb. I really really appreciate the kindness during my panic. She didn’t make me feel like a bother at all. Not saying they will do this every time so don’t expect it but it goes to show how much they care for the community!
