Scam artists, raises prices without telling you (my unit went from $70 to over $170), even the manager reimbursed me for a second price increase in a month she wasn't aware about. My unit leaked in the rain and snow always got in through the door. Any item you leave in the unit when you vacate will cost you $500 for each.. I don't know if these issues are common with storage units, but it's obvious they are just trying to take as much money from you any chance they get
