I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service associated with the Lowes location at Bedford Heights.
Although the employees were polite and helpful when we visited the store, we were promised delivery twice, and neither delivery happened. The first delivery was scheduled for a specific date, but no one showed up. We then returned to the store, where we were assured that the products were available and that a new delivery would be arranged. Unfortunately, the second promised delivery did not happen either.
What makes this even more frustrating is that, both times, we were told afterward that the products were no longer available. However, on both occasions, I personally went to the store, selected the trees, and had them set aside for our order. Therefore, the products were clearly available.
We organized our schedule around both promised delivery dates and were let down twice. While we appreciate the courteous service we received inside the store, the lack of communication and the failure to honor two confirmed deliveries were extremely frustrating and disappointing. We expect a clear explanation and a prompt resolution.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the store, how clean it was and everything is in the right place and the people are very nice. I just love it there. Unfortunately the prices are higher than the competition but this is a decision you have to make for yourself.

I had an outstanding experience at Lowe's in Bedford Heights thanks to Mark T! From the moment I walked into his department, he immediately stopped what he was doing to greet me and ask how he could help. He made me feel like I was his top priority, and I truly felt like a VIP.
Mark was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What really stood out was that he didn't just help me in his own department—he went out of his way to assist me in another department that wasn't even his responsibility. He never made me feel rushed and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I found exactly what I needed.
Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days. Mark's professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a routine shopping trip into an exceptional experience. Lowe's is fortunate to have an employee like Mark. He is a true asset to the company, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for providing such outstanding customer service.
