I went in at first, knowing I wasn’t buying anything (just researching) and Mike and his team were so helpful and great. They answered ALL my questions, patiently helped me figure out all my different options, and didn’t try to push or sell me anything I didn’t want or need. I left the store, determined that this was the couch I was getting, once I was ready. Then there were follow up calls (from me) and messages, all of which were handled promptly, and with attentiveness, making certain I was getting exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel like I was being sold something, just that they were helping me make my purchase! Even after I placed my order, Mike followed up to make sure I was getting the best possible price, and to make sure my delivery went smoothly, and I was prepared. I’m so thrilled with my couch and I’ve already had some great naps on it!
